Bakson Urtica Aid Tablets

Indications: Helps relieve intolerable itching, stinging pains of Hives/Urticaria & symptoms of Angioedema besides fighting ill effects of suppressed Urticaria.

Dosage:

For Hives:

Adults: Depending upon the condition of the complaint the dosage varies

Acute Phase: One tablet 4 times a day. As condition improves gradually reduce the dosage from 4 to 3, to 2, to 1 tablet at an interval of 2 -3 days and eventually maintain the dosage to one tablet twice a week (once on Monday & Thursday).

Chronic Phase: Start with one tablet Monday & Thursday, twice a week for two weeks. Improvement is seen, as swelling, redness and itching of skin reduces. Continue the medicine till the symptoms disappear. In case of no improvement after fifteen days you may increase to one tablet alternate day for two weeks.

Based upon the response after one month the dosages can be increased in case of no improvement which is very rare from alternate day to once a day, up to twice daily at the interval of 15 days each. Usually most of the patients respond well within the first month.

Maintenance dosage of twice a week is to be taken till patient is completely symptom free.

Children: Start with one tablet once a week. As the improvement increases, you may reduce the dosage to one tablet once in ten days and then one tablet once fortnightly.

Maintenance dosage of once fortnightly is to be taken till the child is completely symptom free.
